Shutter speed in photography determines how the end image comes out. It creates dramatic effects when taking a picture by either freezing action or blurring motion.
Fast shutter speed.
When using a fast shutter speed the exposure is less. This is the shutter speed you would use if you wanted to capture and freeze an action.
Slow shutter speed.
This is the shutter speed that creates the blurred motion effect, It also means there is a lot of exposure. You would use this shutter speed if you wanted to be more creative with the image that you are taking. When taking an image with a slow shutter speed, the thing that is moving will be blurred.
We then went and took our own pictures.
